2. General information on data processing
We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website as well as our content and services. The processing is generally carried out only with the consent of the user (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or where the processing is permitted by statutory provisions (Art. 6(1)(b), (c), (f) GDPR).
3. Server log files
When you visit our website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser) is processed by the hosting provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technically error-free operation). The data is deleted after a short period unless further storage is required for evidence.
4. Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies to ensure the operation of the website (e.g. to store your cookie preferences). The legal basis is § 25(2) TTDSG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Non-essential cookies (e.g. for analytics or marketing purposes) are set exclusively with your explicit consent via the cookie banner (§ 25(1) TTDSG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). 5. Newsletter (KlickTipp)
We use the provider KlickTipp (KLICK-TIPP LIMITED, 15 Cambridge Court, 210 Shepherd's Bush Road, London W6 7NJ, United Kingdom) to send our newsletters. When you sign up, we collect your email address as well as technical confirmation data (double opt-in). The legal basis is your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. 6. Contact
If you contact us by email or phone, your information will be stored to process the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We do not share this data without your consent.
7. Embedded third-party content
On some pages we embed forms from KlickTipp via iframe. When you access these pages, your IP address may be transmitted to KlickTipp. The integration takes place to provide our newsletter service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
9. Storage period
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
